The VPAC's Group Sales department offers exclusive benefits to groups of 10 or more that wish to attend an event, including:

Q:What is a group?...

A: A group consists of 10 or more people. A group can be made up of a group of friends, co-workers, members of a church, teachers, doctors, nurses, firefighters, Boy scouts, Girl Scouts, corporate groups; pretty much any group of 10 or more people that want to get together and have a good time and see great entertainment, here in the Beaver Creek Village.

Q: How much will you save?...

A: When you get a group of at least 10 people the savings will start to add up. Groups receive special pricing for some of the best seats in the house!

Q:Do all events offer group discounts?...

Q:How do we get group tickets?...

A: It’s really easy! Just fill out the form (linked above) and LeeAnn Marshall will follow up with you to make arrangements for your group! She will assist you in planning your events, getting you the best seats available, assisting with any special requests and saving you money!

Q:How do we pay for the tickets?...

A:  You can mail a check, or pay by credit card over the phone or in person at the Box Office. We accept all major credit cards. We just ask that you pay for your group with one transaction.

Q: Is there a deadline to order tickets?...

A: We’d like to receive the order a month in advance, in order to block seats for your group. We understand this isn’t always possible, but the sooner the better!

Q: What is the Vilar Center’s policy on ticket refunds, exchanges, or lost tickets? ...

A: Tickets cannot be refunded, cancelled, or exchanged. If the event is cancelled or postponed, then a full ticket refund will be given.

Q: At what age does a child have to pay for a ticket? ...

A: For most shows children under 24 months old are admitted for free as long as they sit on an adult’s lap.
