The Helmut Fricker Scholarship Fund was established in 2006 in honor of Helmut’s 70th birthday and for his longtime entertainment contribution in the Vail Valley. The scholarship offers financial assistance to students in Eagle County wishing to pursue their interest in music. | ||
| Applicants considered for the scholarship are: 1) A qualifying graduating senior who is pursuing a musical career, or 2) A talented undergraduate student (ages 12-17) who may need funding for music lessons or an instrument. Applicants must be residents of Eagle County, and demonstrate a dedication to music, as well as financial need. | ||
| The deadline for the application is May 27, 2012. | ||
