Policies for Postponement of Race

Club Hospitality
If a race is postponed to a different day, Club hospitality will still be open, and your ticket will still be valid for the original date on your ticket. When the postponed race is held at a later date, you may present your previously dated ticket to access a special reserved section in the public grandstand. You must be present 30 minutes prior to the race start. At that time, any unused seats in the bleachers will be released to the public.

VIP Hospitality
If a race is postponed to a different day, VIP hospitality will still be open, and your ticket will still be valid for the original date on your ticket.

Policy for Cancellation of Race

The nature of alpine ski racing is such that, on extremely rare occasions, a race is cancelled completely due to inclement weather and no medals are awarded. In a case where no postponement is possible and cancellation is the only option, there will be no substitute date for hospitality.

Policy for Forgotten Tickets and Credentials

It is your responsibility to have your hospitality tickets in your possession when you attend the races. You will not be granted access into your respective hospitality area without a ticket. The Vail Valley Foundation will not have the ability to replace lost or forgotten tickets.
